From the airport (MSP):

• Take the main exit out to MN Highway 5.
• Take the exit from Hwy 5 to Hwy 62 (the Crosstown highway).
• Take 62 to I-35W North, see directions below.

From the east or west:

• Take I-94 to I-35W north, see directions below.

From the south:

• Take I-35 north to I-35W north, see directions below.

From I-35W:

• Take 35W over the Mississippi river (this is about 5-7 miles).
• Ignore all signs for the U of M, but DO take the exit for University Blvd East
• Exit and take a right turn onto University -- AXO is across the street from you as you turn -- this is a ONE WAY street in the direction you are turning).
• Get into the LEFT LANE and be prepared to turn left in 2 blocks onto 12th Ave SE.
• Go about 2.5 blocks North on 12th Ave SE until you get to 521 12th Ave SE on the left side of the street (on a hill, landscaping is railroad timbers).
