Leadership Advantage is an intensive multi-day leadership seminar designed by students for students in engineering, architecture, and the technical sciences. Because of the intensity of these fields, students may miss out on some traditional opportunities for leadership and social development. Leadership Advantage focuses on developing personal leadership skills, teaching awareness of leadership opportunities, and welcoming new students to the university community.

Leadership Advantage is sponsored by Triangle Fraternity, the Triangle Fraternity Education Foundation, and other organizations which vary from campus to campus.
