Triangle is the exclusive owner of its trademarks. In order to safeguard the
appropriate use of our federally registered trademarks and to guarantee quality

trademark licensing agreement with Affinity Marketing Consultants (AMC). All
commercial use of Triangle’s trademarks must be administered through a license

We encourage members of Triangle to support our organization and buy exclusively

Triangle crest on Lands' End clothing
Former National Councilman Jim Sands os80 has set up a system for ordering
Triangle paraphernalia (specifically articles of clothing with the Triangle
Crest on them) through Lands' End. This system can be used by any of our
alumni, active members, or chapters. Here is the pertinent information from Jim:
- Place orders through their corporate sales number, 1-800-338-2000.
- The ID number for our crest is 9517746K. They can put the crest on most anything they have that is knit or similar (oxford shirts, sweatshirts, polo style, etc.).
- They charged me about $6.50 additional per item but this is subject to change [As of January 1997, this is now $7.50 per item].
- Their minimum order is six of a kind which is pretty good.
- People should pay careful attention to their order numbers, ship to addresses, and credit card numbers because I think their system keeps the most recent information on file and you would not want your order to show up at some other chapter.
Official
Triangle Jewelry
Triangle jewelry and accessories may be ordered online directly from The Burr, Patterson & Auld
Division of Herff Jones, Triangle's official jeweler.
Triangle badges and pins must be ordered directly from the National Headquarters. Contact Assistant National Treasurer Rhonda Halcomb (rhonda@triangle.org, 317-837-9640) for ordering information.
"Reworked" Triangle Badges
A reworked badge is a badge received from an alumnus or widow. The National Headquarters has a jeweler "rework" each badge (clean the badge, reset any jewels, grind off any old engravings, detach any guard pins, straighten or repair any bent/damaged portions, re-engrave new National serial number).
All reworked badges are jeweled. Some are all pearls, many are pearls with ruby points, and a very few are opals with ruby points. A reworked badge will have only a member's National serial number engraved on the back. Guards may be ordered separately from the National Headquarters.
Members can obtain a reworked badge, subject to availability, by sending a deposit to the National Headquarters. A member must also return his old badge when he receives his new badge.
Deposit amount
Pearls: $35.00
Pearls w/ ruby points: $45.00
Opals w/ ruby points: $55.00
For badge availability and ordering information, contact Assistant National Treasurer Rhonda Halcomb (rhonda@triangle.org, 317-837-9640).
Official Triangle Flags
The Triangle flag has a field of solid grey. Centered on the flag is a full block letter T in golden yellow, bearing on its upright the shield of the fraternity coat of arms.
Consists of 100% filament nylon. Contains the high tensile strength necessary for all-weather flags with the lustrous beauty of indoor decorative flags. The dyes are as color-fast as man can make them. Flags are furnished with a heavy canvas heading with brass grommets.
If a tunnel heading for insertion of a pole or staff is desired, add $5.25 for a 3' X 5' flag, $7.00 for a 4' X 6', $8.75 for 5' X 8', or $14.00 for a 6' X 10'.
Above prices apply for standard single flag reading left to right on the face and backed up on the other side with all detail in reverse (like all U.S. flags). It is not recommended, but if your flag must read left to right on both sides, it can be accomplished by making two flags and sewing them together. It will be heavy; it won't drape as gracefully nor fly as well in the wind. To determine the price of the flag made with this double construction, add 80%.
Your flags will be made to your individual order, giving you the freshest possible flags with the longest life. They will have to be worked through a production schedule, so give at least 6 weeks before you expect to receive your order.
Send your order, with payment, to the National Headquarters. |
