REPORT HAZING VIOLATIONS
Hazing is against the Triangle Code of Ethics as well as a violation of our risk management policies and, in many states, civil or criminal law. Ultimately though, it is disrespectful to the rights and freedoms of our members.
If you see or experience hazing in any of our chapters, please click the button below to complete a form that will notify Triangle Headquarters. You can do so anonymously, though the more detail you can provide (date, time, location, exact activities, and names of those involved) the better chance we have to appropriately address the situation.
All allegations will be investigated by staff and/or the National Council.
