Report hazing or other violations here.

Triangle Fraternity Regulations prohibit and condemn hazing, sexual misconduct, and any conduct that fails to respect the dignity and worth of others.

If you see or experience hazing or any other violation in any of our chapters, please use the form below to notify headquarters.  You can do so anonymously, but providing your contact information for follow up gives us a better opportunity to address the situation.

Allegations will be investigated by staff and/or National Standards Committee.
