LODGING INFORMATION

Triangle is receiving a special rate of $179 per night (plus taxes and fees). This special rate is also available to our group up to three days before and after our Convention dates (July 29-Aug. 1). The Hyatt Regency Hotel has set up a webpage just for Triangle Convention Reservations (see link below). Use the link below to reserve your room/s at the special Triangle group rate.

Official voting delegates receive three nights of shared/double room with their registration. Should voting delegates be interested in upgrading to a single hotel room, please select the Single Room Upgrade option for an additional $312 for three nights. Delegates should NOT contact the hotel directly about room reservations. Triangle HQ will be providing the rooming list based on delegate registrations.

The hotel block will close on July 10, 2024. Any voting delegate needing to register after July 10, will need to contact Rhonda Halcomb at rhonda@triangle.org to discuss accommodations. All non-voting delegates and guests booking their hotel after July 10 will be subject to regular hotel pricing, if rooms are available.

FLYING

Denver International Airport (DEN)

For our guests flying to Denver airport, our partner airline this year is United Airlines. United has provided us with a Group Discount code (ZRNR696178) you can use when you make your reservations. The Denver Airport has a number of convenient transportation options to get you downtown (only 30 minutes away), including inexpensive light rail. In addition, most major national car rental companies operate at DEN. Denver is in the Mountain Time Zone and July/August will be during Daylight Savings Time. Uber/Lyft should run between $25 and $35 and take about 25 minutes. RTD Light Rail will cost about $10 (A Train from DEN to Peoria Station, then R Train to Colfax Station), but will take nearly an hour, due to stops, and require a 7-block walk or taxi from the station to the hotel.

DRIVING

The Hyatt Regency Hotel is located at 13200 East 14th Place in Aurora, just across from the University of Colorado Medical School and minutes from the Denver Zoo and Buckley Space Force Base. For those traveling by car to Aurora (or renting a car when you arrive), Convention guests can use the Hyatt Regency parking garage for only $7.50 per day – billed to your room. Attendees from off-site can park at $15 a day and there are EV charging stations for electric/hybrid vehicles.
