Triangle Fraternity seeks a very special individual to manage enterprise growth and expansion opportunities within our undergraduate chapters and with new host campuses.  The successful candidate will be a vital part of our leadership team and work hands-on with undergraduates across the nation.

Responsibilities:  The Director of Chapter Growth (DCG) will serve as the lead staff member on Triangle’s initiatives regarding campus identification for future expansion, expansion operations and procedures, establishment of interest groups and colonies, oversight of chartering objective fulfillment, and post-chartering support for long-term sustainability.  Additionally, the position will oversee and support growth activity within our current chapter base and broader initiatives and programs of the Fraternity as necessary.

Triangle has one of the most extensive list of student-focused leadership programs and services – vital to our support of chapters and members.  Experience in working with college students is a must, but experience with STEM degree students is a bonus.  We will consider remote workers.

Responsibilities:  This part-time (20-25 hours per week) Director-level position will oversee Triangle’s leadership and educational programs.  These programs are wholly or partially funded through grants from the Triangle Education Foundation (TEF) or from our Risk Management Fund or fees.  The successful candidate will join the ranks of the National HQ staff and work collaboratively to develop, implement and assess all leadership and educational programs and events.  For the right candidate, success may lead to a full-time position with expanded benefits.

Regional Leadership Specialist - Ames, IA

This full-time position is based in Ames, IA at the new Iowa State Triangle chapter house and provides room, board, parking, in addition to salary.  The successful candidate will be trained at Triangle HQ in chapter services and support programs and will serve chapters in the mid-west region.  Periodic travel is required as well as regular contact with HQ and the alumni advisory team at Iowa State.

Ideal candidates will have served on a national fraternity/sorority staff or will have been an executive officer of their undergraduate chapter.  Some graduate work may be allowed, but only if it does not interfere with the full-time responsibilities of the position.  Graduate stipend is negotiable for the right candidate.

Several Triangle chapters each year look for live in graduate advisors/coaches to serve the undergraduate group and help them to succeed.  The Triangle Graduate Counselor is a 20-25 hour per week live-in graduate student whose primary responsibilities include a mix of student development work with coaching in chapter operations, recruitment, risk management education and overall chapter culture.  At most locations there also are some housing management responsibilities.

All positions provide single room and board.  Salary, benefits and graduate tuition assistance vary per campus location.  The ideal candidate served his/her chapter as an executive officer and has a proven track record of leadership and management of chapter operations.  Priority will be given to those pursuing degrees in student development, post-secondary education, education leadership, student personnel, or higher education administration.  Triangle members are preferred, but all applications will be reviewed.
