Tom joined the Fraternity staff in 2016 and brings a wealth of knowledge to the team, having served over 30 years as a campus and fraternity professional, speaker, consultant, and volunteer. He is a former 3-time president of the NIC Foundation (now Foundation for Fraternal Excellence) and a founder of the annual Institute for Greek Advancement (now FFE Summit). Tom is a member of Phi Kappa Psi Fraternity and served Phi Psi as a senior staff member, CEO of the national foundation and on its national council.
As the Executive Director, Tom works collaboratively with the Triangle Education Foundation and Triangle Building and Housing Corporation, implements the Fraternity’s long-range plans, oversees Triangle’s excellent staff, and works with our Health & Safety Initiative. He travels regularly to visit chapters, attend alumni events and respond to specific campus needs.

Hired in 1991 as a bookkeeper for the Fraternity, Rhonda Halcomb is the organization’s longest tenured employee with 30+ years of service. She is now Director of Operations where she oversees the business aspects of the national organization, including finances, event registration, headquarter building operations, and human resources. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Ball State University and has served her community in a variety of capacities, including president of a home economics club and women’s leader in her church. An interesting fact – over 30% of all Triangle members have been initiated during Rhonda’s employment!

Morgan is an experienced student affairs professional with a background in corporate marketing and public relations. She earned her bachelor’s degree in journalism and mass communication from the University of Wisconsin and worked professionally in the corporate world for six years before pursuing a master’s degree in higher education at the University of Louisville.
Since she entered the student affairs profession in 2012, Morgan has worked as a campus-based fraternity and sorority advisor at both the University of Louisville and Northern Illinois University, and as a headquarters professional at Delta Zeta Sorority. She is a member of Kappa Alpha Theta Fraternity, for whom she is a long-time volunteer; and she also volunteers in various capacities for Delta Gamma Fraternity, Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity, and Delta Zeta Sorority.
Morgan lives in Aurora, Ill. with her husband, Tim, and two dogs, Brody and Marty. When she isn’t working or volunteering in the fraternity world, she enjoys cooking, watching crime and medical dramas on TV, spending time with family and friends, and going for walks with the dogs.
In her role at Triangle, Morgan works closely with the Council Education Committee as the primary staff member responsible for creating, delivering, and assessing the Fraternity’s online and in-person educational programs and events, including FHSI and risk management educational resources. Dinah graduated from Cleveland State University in May 2019 with a degree in Communication Management. After college, she spent two years working as a Leadership Consultant for Alpha Sigma Alpha Sorority where she spent extensive amounts of time working with fifteen chapters in the areas of values-based recruitment planning and recruitment success. Additionally, she facilitated leadership and educational programming to over 1,000 undergraduate women in the areas of risk management, finances, public relations, chapter operations, and personal and professional development.
As an undergraduate member of Alpha Sigma Alpha, she was a founding member of her chapter and served as chapter President, PR chairman, Panhellenic Delegate, and Vice President of Standards on the College Panhellenic. Dinah has a broad understanding of the fraternity and sorority experience while also helping chapters refine any struggles into strengths.

Lilly joins us from Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP). She graduated with her master’s degree in Student Affair in Higher Education in May of 2021. While completing her master’s degree she worked as a graduate assistant in the Fraternity and Sorority Life office at IUP. During her time at IUP, she served as an IFC, Panhellenic, and United Greek Council advisor. Lilly is also a member of Alpha Sigma Tau and served her chapter in the role of VP of Member Development, during her time as an undergraduate.
Additionally, Lilly completed graduate internships in civic engagement, community outreach, and academic advising. She is passionate about chapter growth and working with chapters to reach their full protentional as fraternity men. Lilly also will be Triangle’s staff lead for our partnership with FIRST and Triangle’s FIRST Committee.

Zack is a passionate and experienced student affairs professional with a background in copy editing and marketing. He earned both his undergraduate degree (B.A. in English Literature) and his Master’s degree (M.Ed. in Counseling & Personnel Services with a focus in College Student Personnel) from the University of Louisville.
Zack entered the profession in 2014, and he has worked as a campus based professional at Wesleyan University, the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse, and Marquette University. He is a member of Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity and works as the Balanced Man Steward with the Marquette Chapter. In addition to his volunteer work with SigEp, he volunteers as a diversity, equity, and inclusion instructor for Kappa Kappa Gamma and volunteers as an editor on the Perspectives Magazine for the Association of Fraternity/Sorority Life Advisors. Previously, Zack has volunteered with several campus-based programs, Delta Sigma Phi, and Chi Phi fraternities.
Despite being a Louisville native, Zack currently lives in Milwaukee, WI. When not in Milwaukee, he can be found in Kentucky or North Carolina, visiting his family and dogs, Axel and Stevie Mac. When not traveling or working, he enjoys playing video games, strategic board games, reading fantasy novels, and practicing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

Jim joins us from the Expansion/Growth staff of Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity. He graduated from Franklin College in 2018 with a degree in Public Relations. At Franklin he served as the President, 2nd Vice President, Treasurer and Ritualist of his chapter, and served on the Franklin IFC Executive Board. During his time on Lambda Chi Alpha staff he worked with 22 different chapters and was involved with three expansion projects.
Additionally, Jim served on Lambda Chi Alpha’s Student Advisory Committee that led him to serve as one of the four undergraduates on Lambda Chi’s Board of Directors. He is passionate about growth and working with chapters to make successful plans to reach their full potential.

Barbara joined Triangle in March of 2021 as the Administrative Assistant. She earned an associate degree from Indiana Wesleyan in Accounting and on her off time she loves to craft, spend time with her grandchildren and volunteers with the children’s department in her church.

Scott E. Bova, CFRE currently serves as the President of the Triangle Education Foundation. Scott joined the Triangle Foundation staff in June of 2000. As President Bova is responsible for the daily operations of the Foundation and all avenues of income.
Previously, Bova served as the Chief Operating Officer of the Phi Kappa Theta National Foundation, where he joined the staff in 1995 as the Director of Alumni Affairs and Development and was elevated to the position of COO in January of 1997. At Phi Kappa Theta he was responsible for all alumni relations, donor cultivation, and solicitation for the Foundation. In addition, he served as Managing Editor of Phi Kappa Theta’s national magazine, The TEMPLE, and coordinated all volunteer activities, including selection and training.
Bova received a Bachelors degree in Sports Marketing and Media Relations from Ohio University. During his tenure at Ohio, he was employed by the Vice President for Administration and was involved primarily in the development, planning, funding and construction of the new 24 million dollar student recreation facility. Following his graduation, Bova went on to work for the Detroit Lions in their Marketing Department.
Currently residing in Carmel, Indiana, Bova is active in the Indianapolis community. He is a current member of the Indiana Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals, is President of the Board of Options in Education Charter High School and Vice President of the Phi Kappa Theta Education Foundation, in addition, he has volunteered for the NCAA Men’s Basketball Championships, Big Ten Basketball Championships, Indy Reads Adult Literacy Program and various other special projects. Bova is currently an Indiana State licensed football and basketball referee and baseball umpire and spends his spring and summer umpiring competitive high school and college baseball throughout the state.
He is a past chair of The NIC Foundations Seminar, Operations Chair for Indiana Fund Raising Day and currently Co-Chair of the Indiana Philanthropy Awards Dinner and Chair of the AFP Chapter Marketing Committee. He has presented for several groups and seminars on alumni relations, volunteer management, board operations, and basic fundraising. He earned his Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) designation in the fall of 2002.

Ariel Tarosky, M.A. currently serves as the Senior Director of Development and Marketing for the Triangle Education Foundation. Ariel joined the Foundation staff in February 2022 but is no stranger to Triangle Fraternity after serving as the Director of Education and Communications from 2014 to 2019. In her current role, Ariel is responsible for the oversight and support of the annual fundraising program and creating a consistent branding message for all three of Triangle’s entities that shares the amazing work of Triangle active and alumni members.
Ariel comes to the Triangle Education Foundation after nearly fifteen years of experience in higher education where she served in senior-leadership roles on college campuses supporting sorority and fraternity communities. During her previous time on Triangle Fraternity staff, Ariel was instrumental in creating the Pyramid, the Journey, the Melissa and John Gargani Academic U Program, and the Garatoni Building Better Men Program.
Ariel is a graduate of Clarion University of Pennsylvania where she was initiated into Phi Sigma Sigma; while at Clarion she was honored with Sorority Woman of the Year and the Northeast Greek Leader of the Year. Ariel’s interests include running, singing, Peloton, playing with her daughter Mila, dog Penny, and playing pickleball.

Mr. Michael Fouts assumed the post of Executive Director of the Triangle Building & Housing Corporation (TBHC) in summer of 2015. Michael is the TBHC’s first full-time Executive Director. His responsibilities include consulting with local alumni groups about potential housing options, development of housing educational programs, facility management, and alumni engagement.
Fouts first came to Triangle Fraternity in 2011 when he joined the Triangle Fraternity National Headquarters staff as the organization’s first Director of Alumni Services. In this role Fouts was responsible for coordinating alumni services provided by the National Fraternity and assisting with services requested by alumni members and local housing corporations.
Michael Fouts joined the Triangle Fraternity National Headquarters team after many years working with the men’s fraternal movement. He served Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity for five years as a Regional Director and Coordinator for Housing Development and Support. Prior to that, he worked at Indiana State University as the Director of Academic Peer Advocates Programming. Most recently, Fouts served as the Program Director for the Engineering Peer Mentors program at Western Michigan University.
Michael holds two bachelor’s and two master’s degrees, including a master’s in higher education and student affairs. He has presented numerous programs and workshops across the country focusing on membership recruitment, risk management, and alumni engagement.

Director of Business Operations
Ray joined the Triangle team in 2021 as the Director of Business Operations. Ray received his Bachelors of Arts in Communications from Easten Illinois University where he was a member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon, PRSSA, Alpha Phi Omega National Service Fraternity, and a coach for Girls on the Run. He also received his Associates Degree in 2012 from Parkland College where he was a student trustee on the board of trustees, and a founding member of the Alpha Zeta Omega Chapter of Alpha Phi Omega.
Prior to joining Triangle, Ray was the Finance Administration Coordinator for Sigma Tau Gamma. He has also worked on multiple political campaigns, and held various roles in Accounting & Human Resources. In his free time you can find Ray traveling the world, playing Gaelic sports, trying new cuisine, watching cooking shows with his wife, and reading history books.
