Triangle Building & Housing Corporation Property Improvement Contest


Unfortunately, after a yearlong review and a lack of general interest and a dwindling number of applications the Triangle Building and Housing Corp. has decided to discontinue the Property Improvement Contest grant program.  We hope to someday launch a new grant program but do not have anything planned at this time.  We apologize for my slow response as this decision was not final until our summer board meeting on June 7, 2023.

By entering the TBHC Property Improvement Contest, the CHapter warrants the information provided is complete and truthful. Failure to provide complete and truthful information or to mislead the Contest Committee in any way, or to not complete the work as described will be grounds to deny an award and prohibit subsequent submissions at the Committee’s and TBHC Board’s sole discretion. Should the Chapter have received any award based on incomplete, misleading, or false information or if the work as described is not completed, the Chapter shall be required to immediately refund the full award to TBHC. The individual submitting the application represents and warrants that it has the authority to bind the Chapter according to these terms.
