LODGING INFORMATION

The 2024 National Convention will take place at the Hyatt Regency Hotel – 333 W. Kilbourn in downtown Milwaukee. Click here to visit the hotel website and to learn more about the property.

Triangle is receiving a special rate of $159 per night (plus taxes and fees). This special rate is also available to our group up to three days before and after our Convention dates (August 1-4). The Hyatt Regency Hotel has set up a webpage just for Triangle Convention Reservations (see link below). Use the link below to reserve your room/s at the special Triangle group rate.

Official voting delegates receive three nights of shared/double room with their registration. Should voting delegates be interested in upgrading to a single hotel room, please select the Single Room Upgrade option for an additional $275 for three nights. Delegates should NOT contact the hotel directly about room reservations. Triangle HQ will be providing the rooming list based on delegate registrations.

The hotel block will close on July 10, 2024. Any voting delegate needing to register after July 10, will need to contact Rhonda Halcomb at rhonda@triangle.org to discuss accommodations. All non-voting delegates and guests booking their hotel after July 10 will be subject to regular hotel pricing, if rooms are available.

FLYING

The Milwaukee Airport (MKE) has a number of convenient transportation options to get you downtown (only 20 minutes away), including inexpensive public transport. Most major national car rental companies operate at MKE. Milwaukee is in the Central Time Zone and August will be during Daylight Savings Time.

DRIVING

Stroll through the Historic Third Ward and Walker’s Point, get a culture fix at the Marcus Performing Arts Center, and don’t miss the Milwaukee Public Market, featuring local and global bites and ingredients. Milwaukee is a fantastic summer city… you won’t leave disappointed!

For those traveling by car to Milwaukee (or renting a car when you arrive), Convention guests staying at the Hyatt Regency have a number of parking options downtown. Current daily rates at the hotel are $28 for self-park and $34 for valet. Otherwise, guests may be able to save money using apps such as SpotHero or Parking.com to find and reserve parking in one of several downtown garages.

UPDATE: The parking garage adjacent to the Hyatt hotel is now offering a 20% discounted parking fee for Triangle Convention attendees/guests. This discount is available only to those paying at the garage with a debit or credit card – not those who charge parking to their Hyatt room bill.
