Plainfield, IN — Triangle Fraternity, the nation’s premier men’s fraternity for engineers, architects, and scientists, is thrilled to welcome two outstanding professionals to its headquarters staff. Their expertise and passion for leadership development will strengthen Triangle’s mission of preparing members for success in both STEM careers and life.

Alexis Ortiz — Director of Leadership Programs
Alexis Ortiz joined Triangle’s staff in June 2025 as the Director of Leadership Programs after a decade of experience at Texas Tech University, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in History in 2018 and her master’s in Higher Education Administration in 2020.

At Texas Tech, Alexis held multiple roles within Fraternity and Sorority Life — Graduate Assistant, Assistant Director, and most recently Associate Director. She is deeply committed to student development theory, leadership education, and hazing prevention, with a particular focus on new members and emerging leaders.

A proud and financial member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., Alexis brings both professional expertise and a personal dedication to fostering meaningful community and growth. Outside of work, she enjoys reality TV and spending time with her daughter, husband, and their three dachshunds.

Ethan Rosonke — Regional Leadership Specialist
Ethan Rosonke is20 joined Triangle’s staff in June 2025 as a Regional Leadership Specialist. He brings a strong background in chapter leadership and student development, having served as President, Vice President, and House Manager during his time as an undergraduate brother. As a collegiate student, Ethan was recognized with the Compass of Character Award and named both Sorority and Fraternity Community Senior of the Year and Triangle Senior of the Year in 2023–2024.

Ethan holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Iowa State University. Prior to joining Triangle’s staff, he worked in corporate IT and served as an Expansion Consultant with the Phi Kappa Theta Fraternity. In his current role, Ethan supports chapters across the Great Lakes Region by mentoring student leaders, delivering educational programming, and fostering a culture of accountability and growth. He is passionate about empowering students to lead with integrity and purpose.

Outside of work, Ethan enjoys watching hockey, spending time outdoors, and staying up to date with new technologies.
