Director of Leadership Programs – Full Position Description and Application
Triangle is seeking a Director of Leadership Programs to join our small staff team. This role requires self-motivation, drive, and a team-oriented mentality. The successful candidate will have some experience or know-how in assessment initiatives, facilitation, training, resource development, and program design. Because of Triangle’s small staff, this role will jump in to help as needed with initiatives in other areas, as other staff will do for this team member.
