REGISTER FOR LTW TODAY!
Information and registration links are now live at the LTW website HERE. We are hosting three tracks in person at Jameson Camp in Indiana – Steven L. Miller Presidents Leadership Academy, Recruitment Chairs and Treasurers. The other three tracks will be provided virtually, to reduce capacity at the camp and allow safe distancing for participants. Aside from a small registration fee, chapters are pre-paid for one attendee per track. Travel allowances have been increased for Recruitment Chairs and Treasurers to allow more chapters to attend.
NOTE: PLA is for presidents or presidents-elect only. Only those registered for the three in-person tracks will be allowed at Jameson Camp. We are reducing capacity to allow for improved distancing between attendees, so cannot accommodate other students.
All chapters should select their attendees and get them registered as early as possible. Those distant enough to travel by air need to register by Dec. 10 and get airfare booked BEFORE Dec. 15, when airfares begin to rise again. Triangle staff will be contacting chapter leaders to help you register and plan, but you can always contact us at hq@triangle.org for assistance!
FALL 2021 RECRUITMENT UPDATE
Congratulations to the following chapters! All reported significant Fall new member classes at or above pre-pandemic levels (Fall 2019): Armour – 7; Clemson – 5; Illinois – 17; Kentucky – 18; Louisville – 20; Michigan State – 33; Minnesota – 9; Nebraska – 5; Ohio State – 9; Oklahoma – 10; PSB – 13; Purdue – 16; Rose Tech – 35; VA Tech – 18; Wisconsin – 20. With these successes, Triangle is now back up to over 1,000 undergraduates, with a target of 1,150 or more in Spring 2022. The Growth Success Program/Team is working! RATIFICATION OF CONVENTION LEGISLATION
With chapter voting ended Nov. 1, National Council ratified the new National Education Fee (NEF) and Ritual inventory changes approved at the summer online Convention. Chapters already are using funds from their Chapter Endowment Funds (CEFs) to pay for their Education Fees, saving them valuable operating fund dollars. Triangle Education Foundation has a goal to get every Chapter Endowment Fund to a size that will cover all Education Fee billings each year. CHAPTERSPOT UPDATE
Triangle’s chapter portal – ChapterSpot – has undergone a major upgrade to the user interface and improved the amount of information chapter officers can see online. Much of the upgrade is available now and by January chapter officers will be able to see Tightrope completion rosters, submit GPA and philanthropy information and access numerous chapter resources and forms online in addition to officer and member rosters and new member/initiation reporting. We are building integration with GreekBill, Tightrope and Crowdchange online services as well, making this a more valuable resource to members. All members have received invitations to activate their new profiles online. If you need help logging in, contact support@chapterspot.com.

It’s looking like we may have a very cold winter. Before you leave campus for the holidays, make sure to secure your property, provide for someone to check it occasionally throughout the break, and take precautions to keep pipes from freezing. CONVENTION 2022
Convention is our biennial legislative and social gathering bringing together brothers, family and friends from across the nation. Soon after LTW is completed, we will be opening up registration for the July 7-10 2022 Convention in Orlando, Florida. The annual active chapter fee pre-pays registration fees, three nights of shared hotel room and all the event meals and materials, for two active delegates from each chapter. Alumni chapter fees pre-pay the same for one delegate for a shared sleeping room. Active chapters can send additional delegates for an additional registration fee, but they can share the paid hotel room with your pre-paid delegates, up to four students per room. Please begin now to identify your delegates and budget for transportation costs. Registration will begin in January.
