Initiate #30,000 Will Happen This Spring!
We are less than 100 initiations from initiate number 30,000! Who will be that initiate and from which chapter? Both the individual and chapter will receive special recognition, so make sure to report all initiations at least 14 days in advance to be eligible for this high honor!

Convention is Moved to 2022
National Council has approved plans to postpone the proposed Triangle Convention this summer to July, 2022. Given the recent increases in the virus and the slower than expected vaccine distribution, Council felt we could not guarantee a successful event this summer. We still will plan to be in Orlando and are finalizing hotel details. Look for additional information in the coming weeks.

Spring Recruitment
Chapters that worked with Dir. of Growth & Expansion Jim Phillips in Fall and followed through on their action plans saw a 30% improvement in new members pledged over Fall 2019, before Covid. Jim has developed a strategy and tactics for online recruitment that can help chapters grow. Contact him at jim@triangle.org to assess your own program and improve your Spring recruitment.

LTW Goes Virtual
Over 140 students participated in five officer training and education tracks January 15-17, including a new Emerging Leaders track and a facilitated chapter goal-setting session with executive board members. Feedback has been very positive and we’ll be using what we learned during this event to design some summer programs for actives and alumni.
