Triangle’s Strategic Vision

Triangle Fraternity has embarked on an aggressive four-year plan which creates new benchmarks for success and establishes a new level of commitment to our members across five focus areas.

The strategic plan will guide the organization in its planning, activities, and initiatives. The strategic plan will be the subject of a fraternity-wide communication initiative which will include the organization’s mission, vision, strategic priorities, goals, and key objectives.

The plan, which was approved by the National Council at the 2016 Herbert Scobie Leadership School, was developed over several months with the input of Triangle members, staff, and councilmen. This new strategic plan is transparent and inclusive of the full spectrum of Triangle’s priorities including educational programming, recruitment and expansion, chapter and alumni services, and communication. What is more important is that each of the strategic initiatives is grounded in the values and mission of the fraternity.

The five strategic areas of focus in the strategic plan are chapters, actives, alumni, community, and national. The national organization has identified a number of goals and objectives which are already underway.

Develop men of character, strong values, and professional capability
